Marimbas in Schools

In 2021, Arts for All was awarded the Take Note grant, which allowed our organization to commission a set of mini marimbas for use in Delta county’s elementary, middle and high schools. The program, headed by David and Arlyn Alderdice, allows students to explore rhythm, melody, composition and playing together, building skills in music that can be applied to many other instruments. This is an ongoing project that we would love to bring to more schools in the future. Please contact Arts for All to learn more about how we can bring this project to your school.
